The petitioners have filed the present petition under Section 528 of B.N.S.S with a prayer to issue directions to respondents No.2 and 3 not to conduct multiple enquiries in various complaints submitted by the private respondents. 2. On advance notice, Mr. Taurn Aggarwal, Addl. A.G., Punjab has appeared before this Court on behalf of official respondents and on instructions from ASI Ranjit Singh submits that several complaints were received from both the sides. However, after holding enquiry, all the complaints submitted by the petitioner as well as the private respondents have been ordered to be consigned to record. He further contends that as on today, no complaint from either side is pending, for holding an enquiry.
