The instant writ petition has been preferred for a direction to respondent no.3-District Magistrate/ Collector, Mahoba to initiate the proceeding for awarding benefit of second schedule under Section 31 of Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 pursuant to award dated 25.09.2023 issued by respondent no.4 and for a direction to respondent no.3 to decide the representation dated 28.04.2025 of the petitioner within stipulated period. 3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on merits of the issue, the writ petition stands disposed of directing the respondent no.3 to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner in accordance with law expeditiously but certainly after giving opportunity to all the stake holders in the matter.
