This application under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023 has been filed by the petitioner, namely, Vishal Kumar, son of Sri Sumar Sah, resident of Village & P.O. Madhurapur, Ward No. 10, PS. Suppi, District-Sitamari, Bihar, on 10.02.2025, seeking bail in Narcotic Case No. 03/2025 under Section 21(c) of the NDPS Act, 1985 corresponding to Bongaigaon GRPS Case No. 87/2024, wherein he was arrested on 26.07.2024 and is in custody since then, proceeding of which is presently pending before the Court of learned Special Judge (NDPS), Bongaigaon. 3. On instruction of the petitioner, Mr. M Rahman, learned counsel is not pressing this bail application. 4. Accordingly, this bail application, being not pressed, stands dismissed.
