Gulati, Advocate for the petitioners. ***** SANJIV BERRY, J.(ORAL) The instant petition under Article 226/227 of Constitution of India has been filed for issuance of an appropriate writ or direction to the respondents No.1 to 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners from the the hands of respondents No. 4 to 10.

Chandigarh, accepts notice on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3 and has placed on record the joint statement given by the petitioners admitting that at present they have no threat from the private respondents and that they do not want any further action in the matter as of now.
4. A copy of the statement has been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner, who after perusing the same, has sought withdrawal of the present petition at this stage with liberty to seek the appropriate remedy, if so required in future, in accordance with law.
5. Dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
