The grievance of the petitioner is that the 2 nd respondent is proceeding further to lay high tension electrical lines across the agricultural land belonging to the petitioner and as a result, the petitioner has sustained huge loss. The petitioner submitted a representation before the 1 st respondent seeking for fixation of compensation. Since the same did not evoke any response, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court. 4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials that has been placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the 1 st respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 05.11.2024 on its own merits and in accordance with law, after affording opportunity to the 2 nd respondent and a decision shall be taken within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5. This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions.
