The present petition has been preferred for the following relief: “for quashing the order dated 25.01.2025 passed in Registration Appeal Case No. 02 of 2006 passed the respondent No. 2 who confirmed the dismissal order dated 11.07.2006 passed in Registration Case No. 06 of 2006 passed by the respondent No. 3 who dismissed the aforesaid Registration Case No. 06 of 2006 and for other relief/s for which petitioner is entitle as per its merit.” Patna High Court CWJC No.8589 of 2025(3) dt.21-07-2026 2/2 3. The Collector-cum-District Magistrate, Muzaffarpur disposed of the Registration Appeal Case No. 02 of 2006 (Kanti Bala vs. Narayan Bhagat) vide an order dated 25.01.2025 after taking note of the fact that the parties are agitating the matter in Title Suit No. 173 of 2024 before a competent Civil Court, Muzaffarpur. 4. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she shall be agitating the matter before a competent Civil Court in the Title Suit. 5. Once the parties appear, this Court would expect the competent Court to expedite the process and see to it that without unnecessary delay, the aforesaid Title Suit comes to an end. 6.
