IN THE PUNJAB AND HARYANA HIGH COURT AT CHANDIGARH 221
CWP-20543-2020 (O&M) Date of Decision: 24.04.2025 GANESH KUMAR SHUKLA ... Petitioner VERSUS UNION OF INDIA AND ORS ... Respondents
CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE VINOD S. BHARDWAJ. **** Present: None for the petitioner.
Ms. Gehna Vaishnavi, Advocate
for the respondents. **** VINOD S. BHARDWAJ, J. (ORAL)
Challenge in the present petition was to the order dated 29.09.2020 (Annexure P-7).
Learned counsel for the respondents contends that the present petition has become infructuous since the petitioner has already availed voluntary retirement.
It has also been noticed that there has been no representation on behalf of the petitioner for the last two days successively. The position remains unchanged even today. It appears that the petitioner has lost interest in pursuing the present petition.
Dismissed for non-prosecution.
All other misc. application(s), if any, also stand(s) disposed of accordingly.
(VINOD S. BHARDWAJ) APRIL 24, 2025.
