It has been pointed out by the learned counsel for the petitioners that though the petitioners had stated about the criminal antecedent of both the petitioners carrying one criminal case against their name, however in the order dated 18.06.2025, inadvertently, in paragraph ‘4’ it has been mentioned that the petitioner/Chhottu Kumar has clean antecedent. In view of such submission, order dated 18.06.2025 is modified to the extent, wherein paragraph ‘4’ instead of the fact that “petitioner/Chhottu Kumar has clean antecedent”, the same may be read as “petitioner/Chhottu Kumar has one criminal antecedent against his name.” 5. Accordingly, this application for modification is allowed to the aforesaid extent. 6. The other contents of the said order shall remain unaltered. manoj/- (Sourendra Pandey, J) U T
