Abdullah P, the learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. D. Das, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State respondent. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that by order dated 17.02.2025, the petitioner was allowed to go on interim anticipatory bail by this Court and in pursuant to the directions of this Court, the petitioner has Page No.# 2/2 appeared before the Investigating Officer and has co-operated in the Investigating Officer. 3. On the other hand, Mr. D. Das, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has produced the case diary of Laharighat P. S. Case No. 20/2025 and has submitted that the victim girl was taken for her medical examination, however, she has refused to undergo medical examination. 4. On the other hand, the petitioner has appeared before the Investigating Officer and his statement under Section 180 of BNS, 2023 has already been recorded. 5. Considering the fact that the petitioner has co-operated in the investigation, the interim anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 17.02.2025 is hereby made absolute with conditions attached to the said order remaining intact. 6.
