This criminal revision has been filed by the applicant seeking following relief: “It is therefore prayed that this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to allow this revision and set-aside the impugned order dated 11.08.2021 in the interest of justice.” 4. From perusal of the record, it transpires that instance criminal revision has been filed with delay of 441 days and till date delay has also not yet been condoned, it appears that the applicant has lost interest in pursuing the matter, due to efflux of time. 5. Accordingly, the criminal revision is dismissed on this ground alone. Interim relief if any stand vacated. 6.
