JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 15-09-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State. 2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case regis- tered for the offence under Section 66/66(B)/66(c)/66(D) of the I.T. Act and also Sections 302(2)/303(3)/318(2)/318(4)/ 319(2)/336(2)/336(3)/340(2)/61(2) of the BNS. 3. As per F.I.R., on a secret information that in the name of providing loan through mobile phone, the innocent per- sons are being cheated, a raid was conducted by the police and the police saw 15-20 persons in a group who tried to escape af- ter seeing the police amongst whom four were arrested on the spot who disclosed the name of the this petitioner and others. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the pe- titioner is quite innocent and has been falsely implicated in this Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62203 of 2025(2) dt.15-09-2025 2/2 case. Name of the petitioner transpired during the course of in- vestigation. No incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner. 4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition. He submits that the petitioner has got criminal an- tecedent and is accused in a case registered under Sections 417/420/467/468 of the Indian Penal Code. 5. Considering the nature of accusation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to this petitioner. It is accordingly dis- missed. Saif/- (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) U T
