Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC:108847 Court No. - 34 Case :- WRIT - C No. - 21569 of 2025 Petitioner :- Rajesh Singh Respondent :- State Of U.P. And 4 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Dheeraj Kumar Dwivedi Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C. Hon'ble Rohit Ranjan Agarwal,J. 1. Petitioner claims that partition decree was passed and the co- sharers were put in their respective possession. It appears that some dispute has arisen between the co-sharers i.e. petitioner and respondent nos. 4 and 5. 2. Present writ petition has been filed seeking direction upon the revenue authorities to give possession to the petitioner, which has been encroached upon by the private respondents. 3. This Court finds that no such mandamus can be issued while exercising jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India as it is a private dispute between the parties. Petitioner has a remedy to move necessary application before the authority concerned under U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 for redressal of his grievances. 4. Writ petition is dismissed, accordingly.
