Petitioner invoked writ jurisdiction of High Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, impugning his transfer order dated 15.01.2025 whereby he has been transferred as Technician- I from AEN (O&M), Itawa to AEN (O&M), Wazirpur, District Gangapur pursuant to which petitioner joined at the transferred place, but later on his transfer order so also the reliving order have been cancelled vide order dated 15.01.2025 and 20.01.2025. 2. Having perused the transfer order of petitioner dated 15.01.2025, it appears that same was made on the request of petitioner. 3. Be that as it may, the transfer order dated 15.01.2025 has been cancelled, hence, petitioner is at liberty to join at the office of AEN (O&M), Itawa or new place of posting.
