No.4 of 2025 in O.S. No.144 of 1998 as expeditiously as possible. 2. Heard Mr. S. Vasudevan, learned counsel for the petitioner, and perused the materials available on record. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is a senior citizen and sought speedy disposal of I.A. No.4 of 2025 in O.S. No.144 of 1998. The suit is of the year 1998 and the final decree application is pending before the Court below. As on date, the third defendant is the petitioner, who seeks early disposal of the proceedings. Therefore, considering the pendency of I.A. No.4 of 2025 in O.S. No.144 of 1998 and the final decree application pending on the file of the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Sholinganallur, appropriate orders are required. 4. Considering the above, the learned Trial Judge is directed to dispose of I.A. No.4 of 2025 in O.S.
