A show-cause notice vide Rc.No.93/2024/HR Wing, dated 05.11.2024 (Ex.P.1) was issued to the petitioner. The petitioner submitted an explanation dated
19.11.2024. Thereafter, the petitioner was placed under suspension (temporarily out of contract) vide proceedings Rc.No.93/2024/HR Wing, dated 05.11.2024 (Ex.P.2). 2. 2
Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that Rule 13 of Field Assistants Human Resource Policy, 2013 (for short “FAHRP”) mandates inquiry to be completed within 30 days. However, the 2'^^ respondent has not concluded the inquiry so far.
3. Learned standing counsel would submit that the 2^^ respondent will complete the inquiry within four weeks by following the FAHRP Rules.
4. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, the Writ Petition is
disposed of at the stage of admission with the consent of learned counsel on either side directing the learned 2"^ respondent to conclude the inquiry within 30 days by adhering the procedure mandated under Clause 13 of FAHRP, 2013 by providing an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner and shall pass a reasoned order. No order as to costs.
5. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
