In our opinion, having regard to the averments made in the Petition and after hearing the learned counsel for the Petitioner, though the learned A.G.P. opposed the Petition, the ends of justice would be met if the application mentioned in prayer clause (a) is looked into and taken to its logical conclusion by the Respondent No.1 i.e. Collector and Deputy Director for rehabilitation, Collector Office, Nagala Park, Kolhapur, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of communication of this order, if not already decided.
