In view of the order we propose to pass, no notice is required to be issued to respondents Nos.5 and 6. 3. The present writ petition has been filed praying for the following relief: "Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus' commanding the respondent No. 2 to 4 to decide the representation dated 01.02.2025 moved by petitioner before the respondent No.2 to 4 for demolish the illegal encroachment encroached by Respondent No. 5 and 6 over the Green Belt of Khasra No. 434 situated at village-Parson, N.H.-9, District-Hapur which is pending before them within stipulate period fix by this Hon'ble Court." 4. In pith and substance, the petitioner is praying that his representation dated 01.02.2025 be considered and decided expeditiously. 5. Be that as it may, without entering into the merits of the case, and with the consent of the parties, this writ petition is disposed of finally with a direction that in case any such application/representation is pending consideration, the same shall be considered and decided strictly in accordance with law, expeditiously, after affording an opportunity of hearing to all concerned parties, especially respondent nos. 5 and 6.
