(Oral) Applicant is in judicial custody in Sessions Trial No.03 of 2023, arising out of FIR No.71 of 2021, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 477-A, 120-B IPC, Police Station Tehri, District Tehri Garhwal. She has sought her release on bail. 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused. 3. This is the third bail application. The first bail application, being BA1 No.295 of 2023, was rejected on 13.03.2024. The second bail application, BA2 No.15 of 2025, was dismissed as withdrawn on 21.03.2025. 4. It is argued by learned counsel for the applicant that subsequent to the rejection of the first and second bail 2 applications of the applicant, now co-accused, having similar role, have already been granted bail. 5. Learned State Counsel admits this fact. 6. Having considered, this Court is of the view that it is a case fit for bail and the applicant deserves to be enlarged on bail. 7. The bail application is allowed. 8. Let the applicant be released on bail, on her executing a personal bond and furnishing two reliable sureties, each in the like amount, to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
