Control of Goondas Act, 1970, and order dated 23.4.2024 passed by Additional Police Commissioner, Commissionerate, Ghaziabad in Case No.298 of 2024, under Section 2/3 of of U.P. Control of Goondas Act, 1970, P.S. Tronick City, District Ghaziabad. 2. The main order has been passed under Section 2/3 of UP Control of Goondas Act, which is effective only for six months. The period of externment got over on 22.10.2024, hence, with efflux of time the matter has become infructuous. 3. Accordingly, the instant writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
