The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Jagarnathpur (Pundag) P.S. Case No. 404 of 2023 for the offences registered under sections 406, 420, 467 & 468 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of Sri Mayank Maliyaz, learned J. M., Ranchi. It is alleged that petitioner was trying to sell the land of the informant. When he came to know that land did not belong to the informant, petitioner contacted the informant and thereafter, he refused to purchase the land. It was submitted that this case appears to be a case of attempt to cheat. It was further submitted that chargesheet has been submitted in this case. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Mayank Maliyaz, learned J.
