The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 284 of 2024 arising out of Rajabhita P.S. Case No. 11 of 2024, for the offences registered under Section 103(1) of the B.N.S., pending in the Court of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-III, Godda. 3. On 28.07.2024, at about 06:00 p.m., cattle of the deceased had started grazing the field of the petitioner. On seeing this, the petitioner became agitated and gave a single lathi blow on the head of the deceased Arjun Hansda, due to which, he succumbed to his injuries. 4. It was submitted that the assault was not pre meditated. In fact, the occurrence had taken place in spur of the moment, when the cattle of the deceased started grazing in the field of the petitioner. 5. Considering the nature of allegation, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-III, Godda in connection with S.T.
