By this application filed under Section 483 BNSS, the petitioner, namely, Sri Lakhinath Chiring, son of late Memchandra Chiring, resident of village-Chiring, Police Station-Ghilamara, District-Lakhimpur is seeking bail in Ghilamara Police Station Case No. 01/2025 registered under Sections 75(2) of the BNS, 2023 read with Section 10 of the POCSO Act, in which he was arrested on 01.01.2025. 3. During the deliberation of the matter, Mr. K K Parashar, learned APP, Assam, on instruction, has submitted that police after completion of the investigation of the case has already submitted Charge-Sheet in said Ghilamara P.S. Case No. 01/2025 vide Charge Sheet No. 3/2025 dated 31.01.2025. 4. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to appear before the appropriate forum/authority for his regular bail in said Ghilamara P.S. Case No. 01/2025. 5.
