Hence, taken up together and disposed of by this common order. 2. FIR in Cr.No.230/2025 of Yelahanka Police Station, Bengaluru City, is registered against three named accused, for the offence punishable under Section 109(1), 118(1), 3(5) and 352 of BNS, 2023. 3. Petitioner in Crl.P.No.12088/2025 is accused No.3 in the FIR. Name of the petitioner in Crl.P.No12091/2025 is not in the FIR. However, in the remand application, he is arraigned as accused No.6. 4. In the complaint lodged by Munikrishna S/o Krishnappa, it is alleged that he is working as a driver of a T.T.vehicle. On 26.6.2025 at about 2.30 p.m., he had parked his T.T. vehicle near Venkatachala Canadian School for washing. At that time, accused persons came in a car and two wheeler and took objection for parking his - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:33895 CRL.P No. 12088 of 2025 C/W CRL.P No. 12091 of 2025 vehicle, abused and assaulted him on his head with a rod, wooden stick etc. 5. Petitioners are arrested on 28.6.2025 and interrogated. As per complaint allegations, accused No.1 has allegedly assaulted the complainant with a rod on the head, accused No.2 with a club and accused No.3 with hands. The injuries sustained by him as per the wound certificate, are simple in nature. Accused Nos.4 and 7 are enlarged on bail by this Court in Crl.P.No.10777/2025 C/w Crl.P.No.10762/2025. Accused No.5 was granted bail in Crl.P.No.10757/2025. Petitioners have no criminal antecedents. Hence, by imposing conditions, petitioners can be admitted to bail. Accordingly, the following: ORDER I. Petitions are allowed. II. Petitioners/accused Nos.3 and 6 in Cr.No.230/2025 of Yelahanka Police Station, Bengaluru - 5 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:33895 CRL.P No. 12088 of 2025 C/W CRL.P No. 12091 of 2025 City, shall be enlarged on bail, subject to following conditions: 1. They shall execute a personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand only) each, with a surety for the likesum to the satisfaction of the jurisdictional Court. 2. They shall furnish their residential address and shall inform the Court, if there is change in the address. 3. They shall not directly or indirectly tamper with the prosecution witnesses. 4. They shall not indulge themselves in committing any offence. 5. They shall appear before the trial Court regularly on all dates of hearing.
