In compliance of the order of this Court dated August 1, 2025, Sri Sachin Singh, Authorised Officer, GIC HFL, Lucknow is present in Court today. 2. Heard counsel appearing on behalf of the parties. 3. In this matter, auction purchaser has come to this Court seeking physical possession over the property in question. 4. Upon perusal of the record, it is transpired that there is dispute with regard to the property in question and the respondent Finance Company is unable to handover the property to the petitioner. 5. In light of the same, respondent Finance Company is agreed to return the money so deposited by the petitioner along with interest from the date of receipt of the money from the petitioner. The petitioner has deposited a sum of Rs.4,10,000/- on March 22, 2022. 6. The respondent Finance Company, is accordingly, directed to refund the money deposited by the petitioner along with interest @8 per cent per annum from the date of receipt of the money from the petitioner, within a period of three weeks from date. 7.
