The case of the petitioner is that he is the owner of the property bearing No.129 formed at Guttalu survey Nos.441, 443, Labor Colony, Mandya. He has requested for change of Khata in respect of the property into his name. As the same has not been considered by respondent No.3, the present writ petition is filed with a prayer to direct respondent No.3 to consider the request of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. 2. Learned counsel for respondent No.3, upon instructions, submits that the petitioner has not produced all the relevant records and if the same were to be produced along with a fresh representation, the same would be considered in accordance with law and appropriate orders will be passed.
