THIS PETITION, COMING ON FOR ORDERS, THIS DAY, ORDER WAS MADE THEREIN AS UNDER: CORAM: HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE LALITHA KANNEGANTI ORAL ORDER This writ petition is filed in the year 2024 questioning the order dated 11.01.2023 passed in Crl.Misc.No.383/2020 by the IV Addl. Principal Family Judge, Mysuru whereby the Court by order impugned had directed to pay an amount of Rs.30,000/- as maintenance per month and Rs.10,000/- towards litigation expenses. 2. Against an order that is passed in Criminal Miscellaneous, which is a final order, the Writ Petition is not maintainable. The office has raised objection in this regard and the same was not complied with from 2024. Hence, the matter was listed before the Court on 22.7.25. On that day, as there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'dismissal' for today. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:28133 WP No. 1602 of 2024 3. Today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter. 4. Hence, the petition is dismissed for non- prosecution as well as the same is not maintainable. Sd/- (LALITHA KANNEGANTI) JUDGE KA List No.: 1 Sl No.: 37
