In such view of the matter, impugned order is set aside. The impugned order be treated as show cause notice. The petitioner as well as Respondent No.6- Management shall explain the deiciencies in the impugned order dated 27th June 2019 within a period of two weeks from today. Additional deiciencies, if any, be communicated to the petitioner and the Management within a period of four weeks from today.
