Learned counsel for the petitioner in support of his submission refers averments and documents annexed along with this writ petition. 4. Learned counsel for the respondents fairly submits that grievance of petitioner will be considered in accordance with law and due benefits will be settled within a short period. 5. In the aforesaid circumstances, on the basis of assurance given by learned counsel for the respondents, this writ petition is disposed of.
