After hearing both sides, I am of the opinion that if the petitioner wants to pay the amount in installments, it is for the petitioner to approach the Bank with a request in this regard. 3. In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of as follows: The petitioner shall make a request before the 1st respondent Bank permitting them to pay the amount in equal monthly installments, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the judgment. If such request is made, the 1st respondent shall pass appropriate orders on the W.P.(C).No.17258 of 2022 3 2025:KER:26772 same within a period of three weeks thereafter. Till a decision is taken as directed above, the interim order granted by this Court on 01.06.2022 will continue.
