Act, pending in the Court of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-II-cum Special Judge, Cyber Crime, Ranchi. 3. Bail Application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide B.A. No. 4166 of 2024. 4. Bank account of the petitioner was used in defrauding the informant. It is alleged that about Rs. 7,10,000/- was transferred to the account of the petitioner. 5. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail.
