Considering the order proposed to be passed we do not deem it necessary to grant further time for filing counter affidavit. 3. Records of the writ petition reveal that a notice has been issued to the petitioner by the Nagar Palika Parishad, Samthar, Jhansi, calling upon the petitioner to produce records with regard to legality of the constructions being raised by the petitioner. According to the petitioner, he has submitted his reply in the matter but till date no decision has been taken. 4. Once that be so, we dispose of the writ petition with a direction upon the respondent no.3 to take appropriate decision upon the reply submitted by the petitioner on 04.06.2024, in response to the notice impugned in the writ petition, by passing appropriate order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
