Petitioner retired from the post of Deputy General Manager from District Cooperative Bank in the year 2024. By means of this writ petition, petitioner has sought a direction to the Registrar, Cooperative Societies to take decision on his representation submitted on 20.12.2021. 3. Learned State Counsel points out that representation alleged to have been made by petitioner is not enclosed with the writ petition. 4. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner be permitted to make fresh representation. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of by permitting petitioners to make fresh representation, seeking revised pay scale. If petitioners make representation within two weeks from today, the Registrar, Cooperative Societies shall look into the matter and take decision as per law, within four months thereafter. 6.
