The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: “Issue a direction to respondent No.4 in the nature of mandamus and consider the said representation of the petitioner dated on 28/7/23 which is produced and marked as Annexure-M, in the interest of justice and equity.” 2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the representation submitted by the petitioner on 28.07.2023 at Annexure-F for carrying out Podi and Durasti of the land of the petitioner in Sy.No.269/1 of Ainapur village, Tq: Athani has not been considered and necessary action has not been taken. - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC-D:3059 WP No. 107101 of 2023 3. Learned AGA appearing for respondent-State submits that the representation is not in a proper format and if an online application accompanied by necessary documents is filed by the petitioner, necessary action would be taken. 4. In that view of the matter, reserving liberty to the petitioner to file online application in the relevant form accompanied by the necessary documents, the petition is disposed of directing respondent No.3 to consider the said online application and issue notice to all the stakeholders in the aforesaid survey number, carry out a survey, demarcate the respective shares and issue necessary documents within a period of 6 months from the date of receipt of the application.
