The respondent No.2/complainant is present in the Court, who is identiied by the learned counsel for the respondent No.2. 3. Aidavit of respondent No.2 is taken on record. In the aidavit, it is stated that the ofence under Sections 115, 3(5), 309(6), 351(2), 351(3), 352 of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023 and Sections 25, 4 of the Arms Act and Sections 37(1), 37(3) of the Maharashtra Police Act, 1951 was registered by way of the FIR bearing No.460 of 2025 with Miraj City Police Station, District: Sangli on 10th November, 2025 as a result of some misunderstanding. Considering the aidavit, the nature of the ofence and having perused the FIR, we are of the opinion that no purpose will be served by continuing the prosecution. 5. The parties have resolved the dispute. In any case the possibility of conviction is remote. In such view of the matter, this petition is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Disposed of. 6.
