1. The instant Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed for restoration of writ petition being W.P. (C) No. 5146 of 2018 which stood dismissed on 27.09.2019 for non- compliance of peremptory order dated 06.09.2019.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the writ petition being W.P. (C) No. 5146 of 2018 which stood dismissed on 27.09.2019 for non-compliance of peremptory order dated 06.09.2019, may be restored to its original file otherwise the petitioner may suffer irreparable loss and injury.
3. This Court, having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and considering the submission advanced on his behalf as also the reason assigned in the instant Civil Miscellaneous Petition, deems it fit and proper to restore the writ petition being W.P. (C) No. 5146 of 2018 which stood dismissed on 27.09.2019 for non-compliance of peremptory order dated 06.09.2019, to its original file.

4. In view thereof, writ petition being W.P. (C) No. 5146 of 2018 is restored to its original file, subject to compliance of order dated 06.09.2019 within two weeks.
5. Accordingly, the instant Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands disposed of.
