As per status report, it has been alleged that on the basis of representation dated 20.06.2025 submitted by the petitioner before the jurisdictional police and on the basis of statement of the petitioner recorded before the police, GD No.34 dated 26.06.2025, under Sections 115(2), 3(5) of BNSS has already been recorded in the Police Diary of Police Station Guruharsahai, District Ferozepur by ASI Naresh Kumar. Inquiry qua aforesaid GD is still going on. It has been alleged that the petitioner instead of cooperating with the investigating agency has filed the present petition which being devoid of any merits is liable to be dismissed.
