Learned counsel for the respondents has submitted that in pursuance of order dated 25.01.2019 passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court, legal notice dated 25.05.2018 (Annexure P-1) has been decided by filing a detailed reply to the same and has referred to Annexure R-2 dated 17.05.2019 regarding the same. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that although order dated 25.01.2019 has been complied with but petitioner is not being paid disability pension after 30.06.2013 and has submitted that the present contempt petition be disposed of but liberty be granted to the petitioner to institute appropriate proceedings for redressal of his grievance. 3.
