The following prayer has been made in the present petition: "I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents and their subordinates etc., not to interference in peaceful possession of the petitioners, except in accordance with law, in the plot/house of the petitioners situated at Village Mahuta, Tahsil & Pargana Atarra, District Banda." 2. Admittedly, a civil suit is pending between the petitioners and respondent No. 4 and wherein all relief can be claimed. No good ground is made out to entertain the instant petition. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to pursue the pending civil suit. 3.
