Alongside the residential premises of the petitioner, the respondents are erecting some platforms so as to install some statue. After arguing for a while, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has already submitted a representation to the respondent no.3/ The Chief Executive Officer, Dehradun, Smart City on 12.05.2025, which is part of Annexure No.3 to the writ petition, but it has yet not been decided. He seeks directions to the respondents to decide the representation submitted by the petitioner. Learned State Counsel would submit that the representation dated 12.05.2025, Annexure No. 3 to the writ petition, will be decided by the respondent no.3/ The Chief Executive Officer, Dehradun, Smart City, within a period of three weeks.
