1. The Mahamantri, Transport Workers Union, House No. 1294, Baba Harish Chandra Marg, Jaipur.
2. The Judge, Industrial Tribunal, Jaipur, Rajasthan. ----Respondents For Petitioner(s) : Mr. Kapil Sharma For Respondent(s) :
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE SUDESH BANSAL Order 16/01/2025
1. Instant writ petition was filed way back on 21.09.2001, challenging the award dated 23.10.2000, whereby and whereunder three workmen, namely, Mr. Anant Prakash Arya, Mr. Batuk Nath Pathak and Mr. Sita Ram Vashisth were affirmed to be adjusted against the post of Artisan Grade-I with effect from 23rd April, 1977 and were held entitled to receive the monetary benefits thereupon. It appears that three workmen were represented through Transport Workers Union and the petitioner has miserably failed to serve the Union during period of more than 20 years so also could not provide the correct and fresh address of the Union. Hence, petition is pending, awaiting service of respondent-Union.
2. In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed for non- prosecution.

3. However, in case, petitioner provides correct and fresh address of the Transport Workers Union within a period of four weeks, it would be open for the petitioner to move a restoration application seeking to restore the writ petition.
