2. Sri. Ravi S Samprathi learned counsel for respondent No.2 appears before this Court physically.
3. Sri. Ravi S Samprathi learned counsel for respondent No.2 files the joint memo signed by both the learned counsel. Learned counsel submits that the matter is settled between both the parties.
Learned counsel submits that the appellant agreed to receive an additional sum of Rs.1,00,000/- towards full and final settlement of the claim. Seeks to dispose of the matter accordingly.
4. Having considered the contents of the joint memo filed, the appeal is disposed of with the following:-
ORDER i. The compensation that is granted by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Bengaluru through orders in M.V.C. No.174/2022 dated 02.02.2024 is enhanced by Rs.1,00,000/- in total including interest.
