Heard learned counsel on either side and also perused the materials available on record. 3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the second respondent had already conducted an enquiry on the complaint given by the petitioner and found that there are civil disputes between the petitioner and the third respondent with regard to the subject property. In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to grant the relief sought for in this writ petition.
