Prayer in the present petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.188 dated 06.12.2024, under Sections 21, 21(C) of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (Section 29 of NDPS Act added lateron), registered at Police Station Special Task Force, Phase-4, Mohali. 2. Vide order dated 27.06.2025, while granting interim protection, the petitioner was directed to join investigation. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that pursuant to order dated 27.06.2025, petitioner has joined the investigation and as such his interim bail may be made absolute. 4. Learned State counsel, on instructions, has affirmed the fact that the petitioner has joined the investigation and he is no more required for further investigation. 5. In view of the above, interim order dated 27.06.2025 is made absolute subject to compliance of conditions as envisaged under Section 482(2) of BNSS. 6.
