Petitioners have filed this petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India for issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus to respondents No.2 & 3 to protect the life and personal liberty of petitioners from the hands of respondents No.4 & 5.

At this stage, learned counsel for petitioners states that he has instructions to withdraw the present petition as it has rendered infructuous and accordingly withdraws the same.

In view of the statement, present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn having rendered infructuous.
