This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "Issue a Writ of Certiorari for setting aside the impugned order dated 13.06.2025 passed by Upziladhikari Nichlaul, District Maharajganj and the order dated 16.06.2025 passed by Addl. Commissioner Administration, Gorakhpur Division, Gorakhpur (Annexure No. 1 & 2) passed on the application of respondent no. 7 without any proceeding in respect of bhumidhari land of petitioner plot no. 415M area 0.6864 and plot no. 437/730M area 0.0080 situate in village Kohadwal, Tehsil Nichlaul, District Maharajganj." 2. After some argument, counsel for the petitioner concede the fact and submits that a direction be issued to decide the appeal filed by the contesting respondent, which is pending consideration. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, the writ petition is being disposed of, at the admission stage, without calling for counter affidavit or issuing notice to private respondents, with a direction upon respondent No.2 to decide the appeal registered as Case No.278 of 2025 (Computerized Case No.C202505000000278), in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, preferably within a period of one month from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 4. With the aforesaid directions, writ petition stands disposed of. 5. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the matter on merits.
