Considering the fact that the petitioner has criminal antecedents and this is the fourth time, she has committed an offence punishable under the NDPS Act, whatever little prejudice is caused to her due to delayed trial gets outweighed by the gravity of the offence and therefore, this Court, for the time being, declines bail to the petitioner with liberty to revisit the Court after the examination of the main witnesses or if, the trial gets further delayed, whichever is earlier. With the aforesaid liberty, the petition stands dismissed.
