Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant writ petition be disposed of by directing the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for regularization/ promotion to the next higher post of Anganwardi Worker and for release of her honorarium together with the charge allowance as admissible in law. 2. Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection to the prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner for her regularization/promotion to the next higher post as Anganwardi Worker and for release of her honorarium as admissible under law. The aforesaid exercise shall be undertaken within a period of 30 days from the date a copy of this order is made available to the respondents. 4.
