THIS APPEAL COMING ON FOR CONCILIATION BEFORE NATIONAL LOK ADALAT, THE FOLLOWING CONCILIATION ORDER IS PASSED. CONCILIATION ORDER Learned counsel for the appellants Sri.Ravi Kumar.K.N along with the appellants are present and learned counsel for the respondents Sri. Sagar.S.S for Sri.K.V.Sateeschandra are present along with the respondents. 2. Parties to the proceedings have amicably agreed to resolve the dispute. Learned counsel for the appellants has filed IA.No.1/2022, wherein he has produced two documents i.e., palu patti dated 15.08.1985 and a certified copy of the order sheet of O.S.No.139/2014. 3. The parties have agreed that they will abide by the terms and conditions of the palu patti dated 15.08.1985. All the parties, along with the respective counsels, have agreed to settle the matter in terms of the palu patti dated 15.08.1985. 4. Parties have acted wisely to arrive at an amicable settlement to put an end to long -run litigation of the year 2015. Therefore, the appellants will be entitled to respective shares provided in the palu patti dated 15.08.2025 which 4 is produced along with an application IA.No.1/2025. Therefore, since the Final Decree Proceedings are pending, the parties shall abide by the terms and conditions of the palu patti dated 15.08.1985 and shall take possession of their respective lands in terms of the palu patti dated 15.08.1985. 5. Parties submits that they are already in possession of their respective portion in accordance with the terms of the palu patti dated 15.08.2025; nevertheless the FDP Court shall pass suitable orders in accordance with the palu patti dated 15.08.2025 and demarcated land. 6.
