The present contempt petition has been filed violation of order dated 27.05.2025 (Annexure P Division Bench of this Court in CWP-3409 and another vs. State of Punjab and others’
disposed of with the following observations:

Learned counsel for respondent No. 3 submits that the private respondent will not create any hindrance or obstacle to the peaceful possession of the asset but would seek recourse to the alternative remedy in accordance with law challenging the order passed by the District Magistrate.”
