1. Heard Mr. Abhishek Pandey with Ms. P.S. Nikita, learned counsel petitioner as well as Ms. Nupur Trivedi, learned Panel Lawyer for State/respondents.
2. By way of this writ petition, the petitioners have prayed for following reliefs:
“10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records relating to the case of present petitioner. 10.2 That, the Hon'ble High Court may kindly be pleased to direct the Respondent No. 2, Divisional Joint Director, Raipur to decide the Appeal of petitioner which is pending since dated 28.10.2024 within the period of 30 days (Annexure P/3).
10.3. That this Hon'ble Court may further be pleased to direct the respondents to give suitable compensation to the petitioner for the mental trauma and agony, harassment and hardships suffered by them as also cost of the litigation.”
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed this petition with a prayer that the appeal filed before the appellate authority may be
directed to be decided within some stipulated period to which the
learned counsel for the respondent has not raised any objection.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, further considering the limited prayer made by the petitioner for disposal of his appeal on some stipulated period and also considering this fact that petitioner has preferred this appeal on way back on 28.10.2024, the appellate authority i.e. respondent No.2 is
directed to decide her appeal within 30 days from the date of production of copy of this order.
5. With this observation and direction, this petition stands disposed of.
